In 2021 we did a professionally supervised IGF-1 study. We tested 8 male bodybuilders from 22 to 38 years old. We used the saliva method for testing as opposed to drawing blood. None of the participants had taken MGF-1 before.

We tested each participant 1 hour before taking MGF-1 and then 2 hours later before working out and 4 hours later after working out. We tested 3 days a week for 6 weeks.

The average increase in IGF-1 level was 239%. We averaged the 2nd and 3rd measurements, the 2nd always being slightly less than the 3rd. Since the measurement of IGF-1 is used to determine levels of growth hormone, we can assume that GH also increased by 239%. This is an impressive increase when considering each participant was healthy and had been working out a minimum of 3 years.

We didn't do testosterone as it requires taking blood samples to get accurate measurements and we weren't certified for that.

However, based on results, we can only assume that increases in testosterone levels were just as impressive. And our participants agree 100% as each had a noticeable increase in muscle growth and strength starting around the 3rd to 4th week of the study.
